What is your normal shipping time frame?
Our normal shipping time for in-stock items is 24 hours. Orders placed for out of stock items usually ship within 10-15 business days. If your item is backordered for more than 30 days we will contact you via email to advise you of your item's status. If you require an exact shipping time frame kindly email us at info@hautedogboutique.com We will gladly assist you with an accurate shipping timeframe. Our shipping fees are based on the total purchase prior to tax. All orders are charged in full upon order placement. Please note not all items may come in the same box. For an additional charge some items may be shipped overnight via Federal Express or DHL. How are your packages shipped?
For our client's protection Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. ships all packages via Federal Express, DHL or USPS and will require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be at your billing address we strongly encourage you to have your package shipped to your workplace or alternate location within the United States. We regret we are unable to ship any items to P.O. Boxes. If you cannot make arrangements to sign for your package please e-mail us at info@hautedogboutique.com In this instance we will ship your merchandise without a signature requirement. However, Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if shipped and delivered without a signature.

 

 

How will I know my package has shipped?
Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. will send you an e-mail once your order has shipped with delivery information.

 

 

I can't be home to sign for my package what can I do?
If you cannot make arrangements to sign for your package please info@hautedogboutique.com In this instance we will ship your merchandise without a signature requirement. However, Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if shipped and delivered without a signature.

 

 

Is express shipping available?
For an additional charge many items may be shipped overnight or two day delivery via Federal Express or DHL. Please contact us for details on our expedited shipping policies, stock items and expedited shipping fees at info@hautedogboutique.com

 

 

What are your shipping fees?
All shipping fees are for basic ground delivery services within the United States and are calculated based upon your merchandise total prior to tax if applicable.

  • For orders up to $50.00 shipping is $7
  • For orders from $50.01 to $80.00 shipping is $11
  • For orders from $80.01 to $150.00 shipping is $15
  • For orders over $150.01 shipping is complementary

I don't see my pet's size listed are more sizes available?
If you don't see your pet's size listed on our website kindly e-mail us at info@hautedogboutique.com. Haute Dog Boutique, Inc stocks and lists the most common sizes our clients require. This allows us to offer a broader range of products. However, many times our items are available in alternate sizes. If we can accommodate your pet's need we will gladly do so. Extra charges and shipping time may apply for special orders. Please measure your dog accurately as we cannot accept any returns on special size orders.

 

 

What is a special order?
A special order is any item that is customized for your dog specifically in the manner of size or personalization. Special orders are also merchandise that is not in our regular catalog of items but obtained specifically for a client through a special request.

 

 

What is your policy on order cancellations or changes?
We regret, orders cannot be canceled or changed once you have completed the checkout process. We are committed to processing and shipping your order quickly, once the checkout process is completed, we immediately begin processing your order and preparing it for shipment. We apologize any inconvenience that this may cause you.

 

 

What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase* from Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. you may return it to us for a full merchandise exchange or store credit within thirty (30) days of receipt of your merchandise. All items must be in unused condition with all merchandise tags attached. We suggest you promptly return any unused unwanted merchandise to Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. as regretfully we will be unable to process any returns after the thirty day merchandise return period.

**Due to standard health regulations we regret we are unable to accept returns for the following items all carriers, beds, toys, treats, custom orders and dog houses as they are final sale. Please note the dimensions and weight limitations for each carrier, bed and dog house carefully choosing the size best for your dog.

We strongly encourage you to measure your pet correctly. We offer one (1) complementary exchange per item. After the first exchange, we charge a ten dollar ($10.00) reshipping and restocking fee. Please refer to our measurement guide or e-mail us with any questions at info@hautedogboutique.com we are glad to help. We regret we are unable to issue cash refunds, accept any returns on custom merchandise, and we do not accept postage due returns. We do not refund any shipping costs.

 

 

My shipment came damaged or defective what should I do?
If your shipment came damaged or any part is defective Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. wants to make it right. Please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the merchandise and we will gladly take care of the problem. Unfortunately, after the forty-eight (48) hour time period we not be able to accept your damaged or defective merchandise for return.

 

 

Where should I send my unused merchandise for return or exchange?
Please ship all unused merchandise & original return & exchange form to:

On the packing slip please denote the reason for the return and the manner in which you would like your refund handled marking either merchandise exchange or store credit. We strongly advise you send your package via insured carrier and delivery confirmation for your tracking purposes. Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. will not be responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages.

 

 

If I place a new order will I get my items faster?
No, since Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. does not offer cash refunds we will not only charge your credit card for the new order but you will only receive store credit for the unused merchandise returned.

 

 

How long is my store credit valid? All store credit is valid for one year from the issue date. Upon issuing store credit to your account we will send you a merchandise credit memo for your records. Please treat this memo like cash Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or expired credit memos.

 

 

What is your policy for refused or undeliverable packages?
All undeliverable packages that require reshipment at the customer's request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping costs. Undeliverable packages include: unclaimed packages, refusal of packages, customer negligence and any misinformation or typos on the part of the customer. We will make two (2) attempts to reach a customer about an undeliverable package via e-mail. If we are unable to reach the customer for resolution to the matter Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. will charge a 25% restocking fee and issue a store credit memo for the remaining balance - We do not issue cash refunds. Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. will not credit any shipping and handling. Please enter and review your shipping information carefully.

 

 

What is your policy regarding images and descriptions?
Haute Dog Boutique, Inc. strives to provide accurate and complete descriptions and representations of our products. However, slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings or descriptions may be incomplete or erroneous due to human error. We correct errors immediately once discovered however, we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted.

 

 

Do you ship packages internationally?
No. At this time due to insurance reasons we are no longer able to ship outside of the United States.
